At this stage reached in terms of both the mechanical effect and the chemicals used in Otec EPAG Flex offers excellent polishing results for our manufacturers in all carat and colors, with a very easy-to-use process. At the same time, it provides a safer working environment by eliminating the bombing process ( Cyamide+ H2O2 ) used by jewelers -mostly compulsory- which is very harmful to health.
Otec EPAG Flex is also very efficient of recovery. Already, 85% of the gold waste given during the process can be removed directly scraping from the cathode. If there is waste suspended in the solution, 99% recovery is achieved by filtering with filter paper.
